Worry free vacation?
I am leaving, and this time if a tree falls on the power lines to my house or my roommates don't turn off the stove and burn everything to the ground RW will carry on! No need to spend the holidays invading other poor wikis.
This is what happens when the religious right can't stand that we mocked one of their cartoons - they go and DDoS attack us. It's the same every time. Man I'm so angry!
I'm preparing a file to send to the FBI, these cyber-terrorists have gone too far this time, when some of these vandals are behind bars maybe they'll think twice about trying to destroy us.
If any of these clowns doesn't like reading this - SUE ME - I'll see you in the courtroom.
Technical issues blog for the RationalWiki Foundation. Written by tmtoulouse and David Gerard. The purpose of this site is to give a central location to communicate important technical and administrative information about the site, particularly server downtime.
It will also serve as the primary central hub for communication users during any protracted period when the site is offline.
It appears to be borked again for me and a few other people.

Trent, is RW being hit by a DDoS? Noticed from last night that access became slow to impossible from last night onwards.
ReplyDeleteSite was up for a bit, but seems to be down again as at 15h08 GMT.
ReplyDeleteKeep getting "The server at rationalwiki.org is taking too long to respond" errors.
Borked here too.
ReplyDeleteRWW is still up if you need some where to yell at each other.
